Mondrian

Designed by Vancouver based Rafii Architects, Mondrian is comprised of 344 homes across two high-rise towers anchored by ground-oriented townhomes and a European-style courtyard. The towers are set apart from the typical glass and steel composition of neighboring buildings and remain architectural standouts balanced between Yaletown and Robson street. Completed in 2002, Mondrian 1 & 2's combination of style and function is an elegant interpretation of a classic form. This, in combination with it's modern amenities, creates a timeless residence – and an ideal location for the Vancouver Contemporary Art Gallery, which occupies the retail space at the base of the structures.

Yaletown

Adjacent to the False Creek waterfront, Yaletown is a modern neighbourhood with an industrial past. Over the last thirty years Yaletown has developed into the definitive mixed-use neighbourhood that characterizes Vancouverism. This area attracts young professionals who want to live, work, and play in close proximity, with ample parks and the picturesque sea wall introducing Vancouver's nature seamlessly into this urban environment.

Positioned at the edge of Yaletown, Mondrian 1 & 2 were the catalyst for the renaissance of an entire downtown neighbourhood.
